gb strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy under the following terms:

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Any item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping fees are not refundable, and only the product cost will be refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If any additional fees (e.g., customs duties) are incurred during the return process, they must be covered by the customer. Refunds will only be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to gbbaby@goodbaby.com indicating your intent to return and provide a valid reason for the return.
  • Wait for a confirmation email from us, which will include the return address and further instructions.
  • Ship the item(s) back to our warehouse.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please note that any promotions or discounts used during the original purchase will not be refunded.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after we have received and confirmed the returned item.

7. Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of baby and maternity products, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

We sincerely apologize if you have received a damaged or defective product. To resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please contact us at gbbaby@goodbaby.com and provide the following information:

Order number and purchase date
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Shipping label
Details of the correct item (name, SKU, and quantity)
Your contact information (name and shipping address)

Providing these details will help us expedite the return process and ensure your issue is resolved promptly. Please do not return damaged items without first contacting our customer service team as it may delay the resolution of your issue.
